Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions are a legally binding agreement between you and Influencer Hawa. By signing up, accessing, or using the platform, you agree to be bound by them.
1. What Influencer Hawa is
A marketplace connecting Brands with Creators and Service Providers. We provide the introduction and the platform-verified numbers. We are not a party to any agreement you reach with another user, and we do not employ, represent, or act as agent for anyone on the platform.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Pan-India access: registration is open to residents of India from any state.
- Regional focus: anyone in India may register and transact, but our operations, marketing support and platform curation are currently optimised for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
- Creators need an Instagram Professional account (Creator or Business) or a YouTube channel. Instagram does not share data from personal accounts with any application, so a personal account cannot be verified.
3. Your account
You can sign in by email, phone number, or Google. Keep your login secure and tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you may hold only one account per person or business unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Verification and write access
4.1 Browsing is open; writing is gated
A new account can browse campaign listings, view profiles, and search the directory. Posting, applying, pitching, and messaging require the step below for your role.
4.2 How each role unlocks write access
- Creators must connect an Instagram account or a YouTube channel through the platform's official login flow. You approve the connection on Instagram's or Google's own screen; we never see your password. That approval is the verification.
- Brands complete a business profile — company name, logo, industry and contact details.
- Service Providers complete a service profile describing what they offer. A provider who skips this can still use the platform, but will not appear in search results until it is filled in.
We may add further identity checks in future. If we do, we will update these terms first.
4.3 What a "Verified" badge does and does not mean
A verified badge means the creator proved control of an account by logging into it, and that the numbers shown came from Instagram or YouTube rather than from the creator.
It does not mean we have assessed whether their followers are genuine, whether their audience is engaged, or whether they are a good fit for any campaign. The platforms do not provide that information and we do not infer it. Brands should apply their own judgement.
Numbers are refreshed daily and may be up to 24 hours old. Each profile shows when it was last updated. Verification is withdrawn if a creator disconnects their account or we can no longer confirm it is theirs.
5. Campaigns and listings
- No floor limit: Brands may post campaigns starting at ₹0 — suitable for barter deals, product-for-post exchanges, and mutual collaborations.
- No ceiling limit: there is no maximum budget on campaigns posted to the platform.
- Symmetric service listings: Service Providers may publish "looking for clients" listings, for example "Reel editing at ₹500 per reel".
- Listings must be genuine offers. Posting a campaign you do not intend to run, or a service you cannot deliver, is a breach of these terms.
6. Messaging
Messaging between users on the platform is currently free and unlimited. You may not use it to spam, harass, or send unsolicited bulk offers, and we may restrict messaging for accounts that do.
7. Payments — not yet active
Influencer Hawa does not currently process payments. No wallet, escrow, or payment feature is live, and no money moves through the platform today. All payment arrangements are made directly between users, at their own risk.
The framework below describes how payments will work once launched. These clauses take effect only when the feature becomes available in the app, and we will notify users before that happens.
7.1 Escrow (planned)
- Campaign hires and freelance service contracts will flow through the Influencer Hawa escrow system.
- No capital is locked when a Brand simply posts a campaign. Funds will be locked at the moment of an actual hire, when both parties agree milestone terms. Work should begin only after the escrow is confirmed funded.
7.2 Milestone release (planned)
- Escrowed balances will be released sequentially, milestone by milestone, rather than as a lump sum upfront.
- Funds for a milestone will be released once the hiring party confirms satisfactory receipt of the deliverable.
7.3 Wallet (planned)
- Each user will have an INR platform wallet.
- A minimum top-up of ₹100 per transaction is expected to apply, to cover payment network processing costs.
7.4 Guaranteed-reply messaging (planned)
- A sender who receives no reply will be able to purchase a guaranteed-reply message, locking a fee and starting a 24-hour response countdown.
- If the recipient replies in time, the fee is released and the chat stays open. If they do not, the transaction is voided and the fee refunded in full.
8. Deals between users
Agreements between Brands, Creators and Service Providers are between those parties. We are not responsible for delivery, quality, timeliness, payment, or any dispute arising from them. Until the escrow system in section 7 is live, we hold no funds and can offer no financial remedy.
Our support team can review chat logs and help mediate a disagreement, and we encourage users to raise problems early. Mediation is assistance, not arbitration.
9. What you must not do
- Misrepresent your identity, audience, or reach.
- Connect an Instagram account or YouTube channel you do not control.
- Buy followers, engagement, or views, or otherwise inflate your numbers artificially.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data.
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute data from the platform.
- Use the platform for anything unlawful, or in breach of Instagram's, Meta's, YouTube's, or Google's own terms.
10. Your content and data
Your Instagram and YouTube content remains yours. By connecting your account you allow us to display your public profile information and audience statistics to other users of the platform. You can withdraw that permission at any time by disconnecting in the app, and your YouTube analytics are shared with brands only if you explicitly opt in. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we hold.
11. Third-party platforms
Features that depend on Instagram or YouTube are subject to those platforms' own rules and may change or become unavailable if Meta or Google alters its APIs. Your use of YouTube through Influencer Hawa is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service.
12. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no warranty that it will be error-free or that any particular result will follow from using it.
13. Ending your use
You may stop using Influencer Hawa and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product develops — in particular when the payment features in section 7 launch. We will change the date at the top, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
